Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the All Star Reelz website (allstarreelz.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

All Star Reelz provides the following services:

• Highlight reel video editing for student-athletes
• Athlete graphics and social media content creation
• Professional recruiting CV design
• Team graphics packages
• Recruiting consultation services

Payment Terms

• Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment: Payment is required upfront before work begins on your project.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods through our secure payment processor.
• No Refunds: All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our work and the time invested in each project, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. We encourage you to review our portfolio and contact us with any questions before purchasing.
• Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination of services and legal action.

Project Materials Deadline & Order Cancellation Policy

To begin work on your project, All Star Reelz requires all necessary materials (game footage, photos, logos, notes, etc.) to be submitted within 7 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Failure to Submit Materials:

• If materials are not received within 48 hours, we will send a reminder requesting the footage.
• If materials are still not provided by the 7-day deadline, your order will be automatically closed and marked as fulfilled, and no refund will be issued.
• This policy exists because time and scheduling are allocated based on your purchase; when materials are not submitted, that time cannot be reassigned.
• Clients are encouraged to contact us immediately if they anticipate delays—we are happy to extend the deadline when communicated in advance.

Delivery and Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times are provided for each service package. These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary based on:

• Complexity of the project
• Quality and completeness of materials provided by the client
• Number of revision requests
• Current workload and order volume

We will communicate any delays as soon as possible.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your project
• Submit high-quality game footage via Google Drive or another agreed-upon method
• Ensure you have the legal right to use all materials (photos, videos, logos) you provide
• Respond to our communications in a timely manner
• Provide constructive feedback during the revision process

Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond what is included in your package may incur extra fees. Minor adjustments (typo corrections, color tweaks) are typically accommodated at no extra cost.

Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

• Your Content: You retain ownership of all materials you provide (photos, videos, logos).
• Final Product: Upon full payment, you receive full usage rights to the finished highlight reel, graphics, or CV for personal recruiting purposes.
• Portfolio Use: All Star Reelz reserves the right to use completed projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, and social media unless you request otherwise.
• Music Licensing: Any music used in highlight reels is licensed for personal/non-commercial use. You may not redistribute or monetize videos containing copyrighted music.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Resell or redistribute our work without permission
• Use our services to harass, abuse, or harm others

Limitation of Liability

All Star Reelz is not responsible for any recruiting outcomes, scholarship offers, or college admissions decisions. While we create professional-quality content designed to help athletes stand out, we cannot guarantee specific results. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion, particularly in cases of non-payment, abusive behavior, or violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
